Phew! Another phenomenal firing! Pieces in the title are now in stock and ready to ship. I have Birds Nest casseroles, large flower bowls, and goblets in progress. Everything else is preordered. I will restock this Tues, Dec 17th. Casseroles sold on Tues will make it by Christmas to the south and east coast; west coast will need to be upgraded to Priority or arrive just a few days after the 25th. At this time of year I am upgrading your shipping automatically if its only a few dollars more, without charge to you. I want your gifts to make someone happy.
Wishing you peace and joy.

A wonderful buyer let me know that she used my wine goblets as margarita glasses and found them to be the perfect size, shape, and, as a bonus, they stay chilled longer. So guess what my husband has waiting for him tonight? My own concoction- Watermelon Jalapeno Margaritas! These are very hot. If you don't want the heat, omit the jalapenos. They are a tasty drink without it. My alligator garnish was made with a cookie cutter I got in New Orleans. Isn't it funny? I just have to put my own twist on things...
the glasses are for sale here
Watermelon Jalapeno Margaritas
makes 4
4 oz Grand Marnier
3 oz tequila
4 oz lime juice
3 cups pureed watermelon
1 cup simple syrup
1 jalapeno, sliced
salt for rim
Make jalapeno tequila 8 hrs in advance (or overnight). Pour tequila over jalapeno slices, set aside.
Simple syrup: heat 3/4 C sugar and 3/4 C water in sauce pan until sugar dissolves. Cool.
Rim glasses with salt by wetting them with lime juice and dipping in sea salt. Set glasses in fridge to chill. Add to blender: Grand Marnier, tequila, lime juice, pureed watermelon, and simple syrup. Blend. Pour into glasses and savor a moment of perfection.
