Refund policy

Please open and inspect your piece(s) upon receipt, and report damages to me ASAP. I will replace any lost or damaged work. Please provide me with a digital photo of the broken pottery and packing material for insurance purposes. You may return anything for a full refund if it is not what you wanted, within 7 days of receipt. Please notify me upon receipt, and send the piece back for a refund. I request that you use the same packing materials, so that the piece is received back in good condition. It is my intention that you really love your handmade piece, and use or wear it with joy for many years.
