I just restocked Birds Nest casseroles, owl bowls, poppy bowls, and have Mama and Baby Bird bowls in new glazes. Look for new choices for flower bowl glazes, too. In progress are several new designs for wedding gifts and wedding cake toppers, dinnerware, and platters.
It was an exceptionally warm day today and I went hiking in the Arboretum. The textures of bark, logs hollowed, and the striations in sawn timber captured my attention. Its funny how ideas flow from what I see into designs in clay. It has made my life incredibly rich. If you have dreamed of taking a class or pursuing a journey with clay, do it! It can allow you to express the joy found in our world.
